La Trobe’s Master of Management (Project Management) gives you the knowledge you need to be an innovative, responsible and engaged project manager. No matter your academic or work background, you’ll learn project management principles that can be applied in a range of professional and academic contexts. You’ll learn:
Project planning
Learn to create project management plans so you can deliver the results in an organised, effective and timely manner.
Scoping
Understand how to define the start, finish, size and objectives of a project to make the best possible use of time and resources.
Resourcing
Gain skills in allocating, scheduling and sourcing the necessary materials and skill sets to produce the best possible outcome for the project.
Quality control
Monitor progress and quality to ensure the project is delivered to the agreed standards.
