CSU is the only university in Australia offering postgraduate wine and viticulture courses online. You will study and collaborate with academics and fellow students online, and have the opportunity to come on campus once or twice a year to attend a residential school for intensive learning in our world-class facilities. You also have the option of choosing between the viticulture and oenology streams so you can tailor your studies to meet your professional goals.
This course gives you the opportunity to develop high-level skills in analysis and information synthesis. You can advance the knowledge base in the industry and apply your skills in a range of professional contexts.
Our ongoing relationships with the Australian Research Council, the New South Wales Department of Primary Industries and the New South Wales Wine Industry Association mean our unique courses are taught by industry-based, world-class research leaders. We believe wisdom transforms communities. With tenacity, we help to shape resilient, sustainable regions for the future. Acknowledging the culture and insight of Indigenous Australians, our ethos is clearly described by the Wiradjuri phrase, yindyamarra winhanganha, meaning the wisdom of respectfully knowing how to live well in a world worth living in.
