Building on your previous qualifications and experience, the Graduate Certificate in Organisational Change instructs you in the process of planning and implementing change. You will learn to maximise the effectiveness of the change effort and minimise potential employee resistance and loss to the organisation.

You will examine key theoretical and ethical foundations for managing change, including the role of organisational culture and behaviour and the impact of organisational politics. You can complement these foundational studies with options including project management, managing quality and innovation and/or sustainable management approaches.
