Murdoch University
Course Description
MasterClass is a program unique in Australia, which offers high-performing undergraduate students from any recognised degree awarding institution the opportunity to study concurrently for a postgraduate qualification in business management during their summer and winter term breaks.
MasterClass students come from the top 10 percent of undergraduates at Murdoch University or other eligible institutions. They are taught as a cohort in specially-designed classes focused on problem-based learning and knowledge sharing.
MasterClass students may graduate with two qualifications: their undergraduate degree plus a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration. This is designed to fast track their studies and make them highly attractive to prospective employers in business, industry, professional services and government.
The Graduate Certificate can also be used as the first part of a Master of Business Administration at Murdoch.

From our beginnings as a free-thinking university to the global centre for learning, teaching, research and industry we are today, we have never lost sight of our purpose.
With more than 23,000 students and 1,700 staff from across 90 different countries, we are proud to be recognised for the impact that our free-thinking graduates, life-changing research, and innovative campus and industry developments have made – both in Western Australia and around the world. The only education out of which good can come is the education which teaches you to think for yourself, instead of swallowing whatever the fashion of the moment may prescribe.
