Interested in criminal law? The Bachelor of Criminology and Criminal Justice (Honours) provides you with the theoretical knowledge and practical skills to succeed as a criminologist.
This four-year honours program combines core courses and industry experience to build a strong foundation across key criminal justice concepts. This includes the nature of crime, justice systems, research methods and professional practice. Deepen your understanding of criminal justice systems with three criminal law courses across three levels. This includes Law in the Criminal Justice System, Criminal Law in Context, and Transnational Crime and International Criminal Justice. Complete a compulsory course on criminal justice research methods in Year 4, and put your knowledge into practice as you design and conduct an honours thesis or case study. Graduate with a respected honours qualification. You will have the knowledge and skills to set yourself apart in the job market or pursue postgraduate studies.
